PAX East: Welcome Home

PAX East: Welcome Home is a short promotional video for PAX East, an annual gaming convention held in Boston, MA.
As cinematographer and attendee of the convention, I wanted to capture the different activities that occur at the convention while also trying to show the sense of community that many attendees feel at PAX. Using just an iPhone 16 Pro, I captured a large amount of wide shots to show the scope of the convention center, having to adapt to the busy conditions to get steady shots. I also went to different areas of the convention such as the arcade and console free play areas to capture more attendee moments. Finally, I edited everything together in Premiere Pro, resulting in a tightly edited promotional video.
